The Challenge
Meridian Group, a Dubai-based consulting firm with offices across the GCC, had a corporate website that hadn't been updated in four years. It was slow, not mobile-friendly, invisible to search engines, and didn't reflect their position as a premium advisory firm. They needed a complete digital transformation that matched their offline reputation.
Our Approach
We started with brand strategy workshops to understand their positioning, audience segments, and competitive landscape. From there, we developed a refreshed visual identity and a website architecture optimized for their three key audiences: corporate clients, government entities, and talent acquisition. Technical SEO was baked into the architecture from day one.
The Solution
We delivered a complete brand refresh including updated logo, color system, and brand guidelines. The new website was built with Next.js for performance, featuring bilingual support (English/Arabic), structured data for every page, optimized Core Web Vitals, and an integrated blog for thought leadership content. We set up GA4, GTM, and a Looker Studio dashboard for ongoing performance monitoring.
