The Challenge
Luxe Souk, an online luxury goods retailer, was running on an outdated WooCommerce setup with slow load times, a clunky checkout process, and no structured SEO strategy. Their monthly revenue had plateaued at AED 180K despite growing Instagram traffic. Cart abandonment was at 78%.
Our Approach
We conducted a comprehensive audit of their existing store, identifying performance bottlenecks, UX friction points, and SEO gaps. The strategy was clear: rebuild the entire storefront on a modern headless architecture for speed, redesign the checkout flow to reduce abandonment, implement a proper SEO foundation, and launch performance marketing to capture high-intent search traffic.
The Solution
We rebuilt the entire e-commerce experience using Shopify Plus with a custom Next.js storefront for blazing-fast performance. We redesigned the product pages with better imagery, social proof, and urgency elements. The checkout was streamlined from 5 steps to 2. We implemented structured data, optimized category pages for target keywords, and launched Google Shopping and Meta catalog campaigns.
