The Challenge

Al Masar Properties, a mid-size real estate developer in Dubai, was generating fewer than 40 qualified leads per month through their outdated website and manual sales process. Their digital presence didn't reflect the quality of their developments, and their sales team was spending hours on unqualified inquiries.

Our Approach

We started with a full discovery audit: analyzing their sales funnel, competitor landscape, and target buyer personas. We identified three key gaps: a website that didn't convert, zero paid media presence, and no CRM to manage and nurture leads. We designed a system that would work together: high-converting landing pages feeding qualified leads into an automated CRM pipeline, supported by targeted Google and Meta ad campaigns.

The Solution

We designed and built a new marketing website with dedicated landing pages for each property development, integrated with HubSpot CRM for lead capture and automated nurturing. We launched Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent keywords like 'buy apartment Dubai Marina' and Meta remarketing campaigns to re-engage website visitors. Every lead was automatically scored and routed to the right sales agent.
